Kling on Magnific
Kling 2.5 Standard is the version of Kling you can generate with without counting credits: unlimited under fair use on Premium+, Pro, and Business plans, from a start frame, in 5s or 10s clips.
60% of all Kling video generated on Magnific runs on it.
What's new
Kling 2.1 charged 55 credits a second at Standard. Kling 2.5 charges 28, and on Premium+, Pro, and Business plans it doesn't charge at all under fair use. Same job, half the rate, and that price change is most of why 60% of Kling video here runs through 2.5.

Kling 2.5 Standard is unlimited on Premium+, Pro, and Business plans, subject to fair use. Premium pays per generation, at 28 credits a second. The Pro quality tier is always charged, at 65 credits a second.
At Standard quality on Premium+, Pro, and Business plans, nothing per clip: it's unlimited under fair use. Elsewhere, 28 credits a second at Standard 720p (140 per 5s clip) and 65 at Pro 1080p.
A text prompt and a start frame. At 720p the start frame is required, so it's image-to-video. At 1080p the frame is optional and you can add an end frame. It doesn't take video or character references, and it doesn't generate audio.
2.5 when you're iterating or generating at volume and don't need sound. 3.0 when you need native audio, more than one person in frame, or references at 1080p and 4K.
Every paid plan runs Kling 2.5 on credits. On Premium+, Pro, and Business plans, Standard quality is unlimited under fair use. There's no Kling subscription and no separate account.
